IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE HALCYON:

Hermes Transportation will be arriving to your hotel at 12:45pm to load all guests for the wedding. The shuttle will depart PROMPTLY at 1:00pm to take you to the Wedding Ceremony at St Francis of Assisi in Castle Rock. 

When the Ceremony is over, your Shuttle will take you to the Wedding Reception at the Cave located at 463 E. Happy Canyon Road, Castle Rock. 

Shuttles will make (2) departures back to your hotel at 9:00pm and at the end of the Wedding at 10:30pm. 

IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE CLIO HOTEL:

Hermes Transportation will be arriving to your hotel at 12:45pm to load all guests for the wedding. The shuttle will depart PROMPTLY at 1:00pm to take you to the Wedding Ceremony at St Francis of Assisi in Castle Rock.

Hermes Transportation will be arriving to your hotel at 1:00pm to load all guests for the wedding. The shuttle will depart PROMPTLY at 1:15pm to take you to the Wedding Ceremony at St Francis of Assisi in Castle Rock.

When the Ceremony is over, your Shuttle will take you to the Wedding Reception at the Cave located at 463 E. Happy Canyon Road, Castle Rock.

Shuttles will make (2) departures back to your hotel at 9:00pm and at the end of the Wedding at 10:30pm.

IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE CLARET HOTEL:

Hermes Transportation will be arriving to your hotel at 1:00pm to load all guests for the wedding. The shuttle will depart PROMPTLY at 1:15pm to take you to the Wedding Ceremony at St Francis of Assisi in Castle Rock.

When the Ceremony is over, your Shuttle will take you to the Wedding Reception at the Cave located at 463 E. Happy Canyon Road, Castle Rock.

The Halcyon Hotel offers all the modern amenities for the discerning traveler, plus houses one of Denver's hottest new restaurants, Kini's. Located in Cherry Creek North, you will have bars, shops, and restaurants right out your front door. Rates start at: $260/night. Complimentary Happy Hour and Coffee offered daily. The hotel is about a 30 minute drive to the wedding. 

Formerly the JW Marriott, the Clio is a Luxury Hotel Collection located in the heart of Cherry Creek North with access to the Cherry Creek Mall as well as many high end shops, restaurants and spots to grab a cocktail. The hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the wedding location. 

The Inverness Hotel is located in the Tech Center just minutes away from the Park Meadows Mall, as well as easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. Rates start at: $179/night. The hotel has a spa, golf course, and on site brewery. It is just a short 12 minute drive to the wedding location.
